The Environmental Law Students’ Association (ELSA) is an NUS Law interest group affiliated with the Asia-Pacific Centre for Environmental Law (APCEL). Founded in 2016, ELSA champions student-led research and advocacy that fosters environmental consciousness in all areas of the law. We strive to become the undergraduate centre in environmental law and policy, anchored in Singapore but with a continuing interest in Southeast Asia and the broader Asia-Pacific region. Our vision is to shape a generation of environmentally conscious legal professionals with a heart for intergenerational justice.
