With 24 years of experience in Trading and Executive Search/Recruitment I have build an extensive network in the Global Financial hubs within these sectors.
I am a former derivatives trader, who started in Executive Search and Recruitment for Huxley in 2003 earning my stripes in the European Banking & Financial Markets space. I worked my way up to the Sthree Benelux & France board and a few of the achievements under my supervision are placing 450+ Software Engineers, Quants, Traders and Risk Managers into the Trading Industry/Front office environments. I successfully completed 50+ Exec level assignments and managed a 250+ Interim IT & Finance Professionals population continuously as well as managing multiple teams completing 5000+ Search and Interim assignments. I have an extensive network in the Global Financial hubs and have been responsible for the opening and growth of the Huxley Frankfurt and Paris offices next to founding and managing the local Amsterdam Banking and Financial Markets team. Internally I won the Sthree Consultant and Manager of the Year awards.
After I left Huxley/Sthree I successfully established LIFT International that was acquired in March 2021.
