Home to divine dips & delights since 2000 and specialising in Taramasalata, Elaiasalata, Tzatziki and freshly marinated Greek olives, these Greek delicacies are made in small batches to ensure high quality and authenticity!
Elysian Foods launched in 2000, the brand behind Basil's famous Taramasalata. Toby Green took over the business from the Yiannoutsos family in late 2017 when Basil and Martha retired.
