Founded in 2008 by a group of entrepreneurs, led by Luciano Di Fazio e Gianluca Cedro, with the aim of creating a strategic finance consultancy boutique with a particular focus on Italian SMEs, Emintad outgrew its potential and today is successfully focused in listing operations on the Stock Exchange both on the Euronext Growth Milan market and on Euronext Milan Main Market (Borsa Italiana), with a dedicated branch set up for Italian SMEs listing on international stock exchange platforms, including all Euronext Listing Venues (Paris, Amsterdam, etc.), AIM UK and Nasdaq Nordic.
In 2022 Emintad and Ethica Group have shared a strategic integration process which envisages, as a first step, the entry of Ethica into the capital of Emintad with a minority stake.
