Emirates Down Syndrome Association (EDSA) is a Humanitarian Public Benefit Association accredited by the Ministry of Community Development to serve people with Down syndrome in UAE, from birth and for all ages and nationalities.
Our Mission is to Include and Empower people with Down Syndrome by achieving their full potential and maximizing their skills to participate effectively and productively in society.

- Allied Services (physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy)
* A Qualified & experienced team of specialists are working to provide the following services:
- Comprehensive assessment for children in all developmental domains: (cognitive, gross and fine motor skills, communication and language, social and self-care) to determine the child’s needs
- Appropriate Educational Individual Plan (EIP) for each child according to his/her needs.
- Early intervention services according to (EIP) for the child in cooperation with the family
- Families training and counseling and support
- Empowering families with knowledge, methods, and tools to be follow with their DS child at home
- Training and organizing workshops, seminars, and conferences for parents, professionals, teachers, and caregivers that address specialized topics and important issues for People with Down Syndrome
