I am a mortgage and protection broker based in Kenilworth, with over 13 years experience in Financial Services.
I founded the business with the aim to give my customers a different service to the traditional mortgage and protection process.
As a mum of 2, working full time and running a home, I understand that the conventional mortgage process doesn't always fit well with the pressures of modern life. For busy professionals and families, like myself, I understand your time is precious.
Previously when working in a bank as a manager, I experienced clients' frustrations when they had to book to see an advisor which usually consisted of a 2 hour face to face appointment within banking hours. Nowadays to have a spare couple of hours to do anything would be great let alone sit and chat to someone about a mortgage!
At Emma Mortgages I will work around you, you can email, Whatsapp, text, video call or voice note, I really don't mind. I will book appointments at times that are convenient for you and I will manage the process end to end and give you more time to focus on whats important to you.
