Emmy Loumeau is a certified holistic + integrative nutrition health coach that helps motivated women overcome exhaustion, emotional distress and wellness overwhelm to create more energy, equanimity and optimized health so they can look, feel and BE their best.
Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, she spent 15 years in the graphic design world creating merchandise design for Disney, conceptual invitations for international organizations and amazing branding for companies and entrepreneurs in Guatemala and USA. As a philanthropist, she founded a company that created beautiful handicrafts made by Guatemalan artisans, promoting fair salaries that allowed women to work from home to care for their families and donating proceeds to help the education program of United Way Guatemala. When she turned 36, she was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that required her to become a warrior to challenge this new reality. She tackled it from many angles, but she especially learned how to listen to her body to start her healing process and fight for her life. Now at 44, she is passionate about sharing her experience in being a warrior who took a deep dive into a self-awareness and spiritual journey that helped her heal, learn & THRIVE!
Emmy is now an autoimmune advocate, an innate creative and a proud wife and mother of two. As founder and CEO of Wellistica, she is on a mission to empower brave women to learn how to listen to their bodies and commit to do the work it takes to clarify one's higher purpose and embark on the continuous journey of one’s personal holistic wellness.
