Mollie Jean De Dieu is the Founder of Emotional Inclusion™ in the workforce Nonprofit organization. She is also the General Manager of the French fashion and accessory company, Longchamp, in Singapore & Malaysia, a TEDx speaker and the author of "Emotional Inclusion, A Humanizing Revolution At Work", published by Penguin Random House in 2023. A passionate advocate for humanizing the workforce, Mollie’s focus is to specifically look at a new paradigm of leadership, in the corporate realm, that requires companies to recognize and care for the emotional wellness of their workforce, in a medicalized, confidential and sustainable way.
