She is trained and has hands-on experience in the application of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), TA (Transactional Analysis), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Mindfulness and she specialises in using an integrated approach to Change Work and Personal Development using these disciplines.
