Empowered Mind: For recently divorced, separated, or simply anyone who is looking to learn to love themselves again.
Find Love: Focuses on love life, what is & isn't working, and helps teach techniques in romance to find someone to begin a happy, healthy relationship.
Life Coaching: For anyone having any difficulty; helps cultivate a mindset with which individuals take back control of their lives and truly enjoy living it.
Pre-Teen, Teen, & Family Coaching: Gears towards mentoring children who are experiencing issues in any aspect of their lives. We also help identify disconnects in family relationships and help reshape the family dynamic into a healthy, happy one.
Pre-Marital Counseling: Focuses on conflict management, communication skills, and key components of a successful marriage before the "I Do". This coaching is also recognized and registered with "Twogether in Texas" for couples requiring pre-marital/marriage training prior to marriage. (Only in Texas)
Couples Coaching: Issues in any romantic relationship, marriage or otherwise, can be difficult to deal with and may come to a standstill when neither person understands the other. We help identify core issues, improve communication, and instills techniques to facilitate a happy, healthy relationship with longevity.
Events (workshops) and retreats (within or out of the local area) are offered for anyone. These focus on a specific coaching group (single individuals looking for someone, or couples) and focus at a time and offer open dialogue to maximize experience. Food, beverages, and spirits are available at each. All events and retreats will be posted on website or social media.
