Nak Muay Eric Hofstein has leveraged his experience as the parent of neurodivergent children with mental health diagnoses, a Peer Support Specialist, and a Case Manager for a behavioral health system to create a trauma informed Muay Thai for kids, teens, and emerging adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, women with a history of trauma due to sexual assault and domestic violence, people in long term recovery from mental health challenges and/or Substance Use Disorder, and people with a history of involvement with the justice system.
He is dedicated to sharing what has worked for him, and to incorporate everything he continues to learn into his work to help people who can use one more tool in their belt to continue to grow toward self-actualization. This training is not for self-defense, not for competition or combat. This training is for agency over one’s self.
Private and group lessons are available on a sliding scale from a Muay Thai coach who has coached Champions from amateur to professional, and now wants to use his talents to serve the vulnerable population he served for 27 years as a Law Enforcement Officer.
