Empowered Resources and Solutions Ltd was registered in 2023 and provides administrative and technical support to implement projects that facilitate empowerment, growth and social opportunities for the most vulnerable population including women and deep rural youth.

Such partnerships include Jamaica Community of Positive Women (JCW+) through support from UNFPA (to coordinate and implement project); Commonwealth Secretariat (youth consultancy); Ministry of Education and Youth (youth and resource mobilization, advocacy training, youth participation initiatives, youth entrepreneurship training, youth networks coordination and implementation), Institute of Law and Economics (research and youth entrepreneurship training).
