The Greater Valley Area Health Education Center is a division of Empowerment Systems a non profit health and wellness organization. GVAHEC works to recruit and retain health professionals to work in rural and underserved communities. GVAHEC is one of five AHECs in the state of Arizona and serves Maricopa, Western Pinal, and Southern Yavapai Counties.
