Enable My Trip was formed as a charity to establish a connection between travel services and accommodation providers, and those with limited mobility.
The founder, Simon Miller has worked in the travel and tourism industry for over 30 years in corporate, retail travel and tour operating. Having given a permanent family home to three disabled young people who are permanent wheelchair users, the family have always had the view that the family would go everywhere together.
They have experienced various challenges over the years, and have personal experience of the difficulties that disabled travellers can be faced with. Enable My Trip is the opportunity for the suppliers of suitable accommodation and associated travel services to promote their facilities through a directory website dedicated to the needs of those less able. We are keen to hear from any suppliers who can offer disabled travellers suitable accommodation and transport services.
