Therefore we looking for alternative investments trying to find arbitrage and better risk adjusted returns outside the efficient markets. It could be new fintech ventures with very low risk underlying financial products like asset backed mortgages. Usually they will have to finance same products as large banks and institutions way above the underlying product risk due to unproven volumes and liquidity. We provide unique alternative investment opportunities within mortgages and residential properties. Our strategy is to have a low underlying market risks (such as residential property market) but preferably with leverage if that’s suitable for the yield perspective. 📈
Currently we offer investments in:
- Fixed income investments in collateralized Swedish residential mortgages at 8 % a.p.y
- Equity investments with no debt/interest risky-free x3-leverage in urban Stockholm Residential property market.
Our job is to find the best risk adjusted yield for our investors and we take pride in seeking opportunities that you can’t find anywhere else.
