East New Britain Resources Group (ENBR) is an established oil palm plantation developer located in the East New Britain Province, Papua New Guinea; located about an hour's drive from the scenic volcanic town of Rabaul, East New Britain. ENBR's corporate headquarters is located in Malaysia and the Group is on route to listing on Bursa Malaysia.
ENBR currently has a land bank of more than 60,000 hectares still under development; with two fully operational mill producing Crude Palm Oil and Crude Palm Kernel Oil that is exported to Malaysia, China and India.
ENBR's wholistic plantation development model has helped enhance commerce and industry in the East New Britain Province, creating multiple job opportunities, training local Papua New Guineans for skilled and supervisory positions and have created multiple local entrepreneurs who own spin-off businesses. The Group has also partnered with local Papua New Guineans in oil palm development via local Joint Ventures and Village Oil Palm.
ENBR places significant importance on sustainable corporate social responsibility initiatives via its RUDAS in the education, health services, community living and awareness programs.
