The principals of Energy Resource Partners initially began their careers in the Oil & Gas industry as field agents. For many years they became proficient at the various disciplines necessary to be successful title and acquisition agents. During that time, it became evident that a higher level of honesty and character could be brought to the workplace. It was determined that the industry was in desperate need of companies where integrity and work ethic were valued, and as a result, ERP was formed. Their main goal since its inception has been on identifying agents that exhibit these core values, compensating them generously, and offering a wholesome, drama free work environment. Our agents are expected to maintain a work ethic and level of character beyond what our clients are typically accustomed to.
