In all creative endeavours there is an element of 'work' that requires the creator to put in time, energy and focus. Unfortunately this phase is not straightforward for all of us.
Things that might get in the way of completing projects? Just about anything. Tiredness, time restraints, lack of confidence, not knowing where to start or where to finish. Negativity or criticism from the people around you may be taken to heart; and your heart is where you have to believe that you can succeed.
Great ideas falter. Procrastination takes over. Passion and fire fades.
Complementary therapies can support not only physical health but also emotional and mental well-being. Energy balancing therapies are particularly suited to creative processes and project support.
Taking a Crystal Healing Diploma course taught me to use crystals to support me during decision making and when faced with challenges. Crystals store and release energy and using the crystals may help to restore energy to your work.
The Bach Essence qualification included a project in which the result was secondary; the primary focus was on using the therapies to complete the project. The 38 essences can be combined in a huge number of personalised therapy doses which taken over a week or more can help to bring physical and emotional energy, change despondent thought patterns and bring insight into the challenges faced.
I have used both therapies to support me all aspects of my life, including degree courses, career changes and writing projects. At every hesitation I find the crystal or Bach essence to move through it.
