Engineering Inspections and Restoration Services (EIRS) was founded in 2021 following the Surfside Condo Collapse. Our founder, Art Fleahman—a condo resident with 40 years in construction—quickly became a key advocate for safety reform, working with Florida legislators as a registered lobbyist to help shape the Milestone and SIRS laws.
Today, EIRS remains deeply involved in legislative efforts and at the forefront of condominium safety. What began with Milestone Inspections and SIRS has grown into a full-service company offering restoration, project management, consulting, reserve studies, and more.
Our mission remains clear: to protect Florida’s condo communities by delivering Practical Solutions to Complex Problems.
