The Engineering Talent Awards (ETAs) celebrate the people and organisations who are reshaping the face of engineering. Founded by Dr Mark McBride‑Wright MBE CEng, the ETAs exist to: Shine a national spotlight on diversity – raising the profile of engineering and technology across the UK while showcasing inclusive role models and practices. Champion excellence – fifteen award categories (plus an overall excellence prize) recognise individuals, teams and employers whose impact on equality, diversity and inclusion is demonstrable and far‑reaching. Inspire future talent – by telling the stories of today’s trailblazers, we encourage the next generation to see engineering as a place where they belong. Backed by partners such as the Royal Academy of Engineering and Metro, the ETAs host an annual gala that brings industry, academia and the wider community together to celebrate success and share best practice.
