Enhanced Rehabilitation Services is a private, family owned, and clinician run Homecare Agency established in 2005. Enhanced's mission has always been to provide state of the art healthcare in the privacy of the client's home in a timely and efficient manner and with the highest quality to assist them in maintaining their independence within the community. This is done using an EMR (Electronic Medical Records) system, which allows our clinicians to communicate in real time with our clients’ physicians as well as their family members. A client and their family are able to see their home exercise program and educational tools on any mobile device or computer, and all of these instructions are in video format, so there is no guessing as to what they were instructed on and how to do it. It also allows our clinicians to communicate back and forth with our offices, making sure that everything is running smoothly on the back end as well. Clinicians stay mobile using iPads logged into the EMR system, which also keeps us paper-free. We at Enhanced believe that we don’t just provide medical care, but that we also provide a way for those with serious medical conditions to live a life surrounded by loved ones at home, and that we can only do with your help.
