Entertainment Motion Pictures (more commonly known as E-Motion) was established by producing team Karl Richards and Peter Bevan in 2006. Since then the company has evolved into one of the UK’s leading independent development, finance and production outfits - having produced over 12 motion pictures with offices in London and Los Angeles. Most recently, the company has produced MARIAH MUNDI & THE MIDAS BOX starring Michael Sheen and Sam Neill, based upon the bestselling children’s novels, and THE EXPATRIATE starring Aaron Eckhart.
Recently, the company completed its first animated feature - JACKBOOTS ON WHITEHALL, with the voices of Ewan McGregor, Rosamund Pike, Timothy Spall, Alan Cumming and Tom Wilkinson. The picture was released by Sony.
The production banner’s projects have ranged from romantic dramas, to thrillers and historical biopics, on budgets ranging from $3M to $25M.
E-Motion’s projects have secured wide and successful distribution, having worked with Warner Brothers, Sony, HBO, E1 Entertainment, The Weinstein Company and Lionsgate.
