Envoy Labs is a consultancy, node operations and product incubation business. In the tech and fintech sectors, we have worked on digital transformation programmes, tech due diligence, and large-scale greenfield builds. Engaging at the C-level, we aim to provide clarity as an SME to help decision-makers shape their strategic vision. In the blockchain space, as a PoS validator our peak AUM/AUS was >£300M. We've helped several products to market and launched two protocols ourselves. As a genesis operator on high-profile projects we have actively shaped best practice and processes, working in concert with the core teams. We also provide operational support to select outside projects. We are a specialist in green-field and rapid prototyping, from static MVPs to full-stack apps and data systems.
