We are the first medspa to open and actually conceptualized the concept. We are one block north of Union Square. Our medical director, Patrick Bitter Sr, MD developed the procedure IPL PhotoFacial in 1998.
TEAM and CULTURE
Our team of medical professions share a passion for cosmetic medicine, skincare and customer service, learning and most of all each other. With such a varied background, together we speak different languages. We have a no drama policy at the Epi Center MedSpa. Collaboration with one another is key. We pride ourselves in knowing that we are an educational center for both staff and patients.
PATIENTS
Our patients love that we take a good amount of time for each treatment. Time to listen and educate them on what is going on with them now and what is possible in the future. Many of our patients have been with us over 2 decades.
