Member of Epsilon Holdings, LLC from1985 to 2013, participating in the development, patenting and perfection of the special technology needed for efficient and safe collection of pentane emissions in the Expandable Polystyrene (EPS) foam manufacturing process, as well as their control through incineration in boilers. The "EPSilon System" was the first technically and economically viable emission control solution offered to the EPS foam industry. This technology achieves compliance with current air quality & VOC emission control regulations avoiding high investment and operation costs. Control of pentane emissions is done through incineration in the facility’s boiler and using the collected pentane as supplementary boiler fuel, enabling EPS processing facilities to achieve adequate capture and control of pentane emissions.
