Equality in Technology was established to promote and champion equality of opportunity across the technology landscape. Through fostering a diverse community and hosting events that cater to women from all backgrounds, Equality in Technology supports women in accessing and advancing within the technology sector. We recognise that there are many barriers facing women in technology and that challenges will differ from person to person depending on their background, characteristics, and circumstances. Equality in Technology therefore aims to elevate women from all backgrounds as well as other groups that may have historically faced challenges gaining access to or advancing within the technology sphere
