EquiLead is an initiative that aspires to bring a transformation in the gender equity landscape of social impact by engineering conducive structural changes in workplaces and in women’s professional journeys for accelerating their organisational leadership in the Global South. Anchored in values of Equity+Leadership, we envision an ecosystem where feminist leadership will empower institutions to become gender-just organisations of the future with workplaces, leadership pathways and institutions designed to be gender intentional, inclusive and equitable.
