Hansae Mobility has a rich history that dates back to 1984, when it was established as a joint venture between General Motors and Daewoo as Daewoo Automotive Components. It later became a wholly owned subsidiary of Delphi Automotive, operating as Korea Delphi Automotive Components (KDAC), and specialized in manufacturing components and systems for chassis, thermal, engine, and electrical applications in vehicles.
Over time, the company evolved into ERAE AMS, becoming an independent entity with global operations, offices, and engineering centers in key markets worldwide.
