ErAldAN Consulting is a company whose ultimate vocation (2023 objective) is to support Belgian companies (mainly SMEs) in their digital transformation & their adaptation to "Industry 4.0" in the broad sense.
Through my project, I want to put IT and inherent modern technologies (Artificial Intelligence, Automation, etc.) at the service of business, while keeping people at the center of this Transformation journey.
This means: Anticipating a profound reorganization of the Company by defining the tactical (medium term) and strategic (long term) objectives of our Belgian SMEs, defining the tools (IT) and processes to be put in place. A key aspect of this project is the adaptation of employee skills ("re-skilling") in order to support them in learning the knowledge expected in the industrial and economic models of tomorrow.
ErAldAN means "Transform" in Basque, my wife’s region of origin. It also takes the first letters of the first names of my children and my wife, while having a consonance close to my last name: EVERARD.
This name therefore allows me to link our origin, my family, and my ambition to use my IT knowledge at the service of our Belgian industries to support them in their TRANSFORMATION projects and thus meet the challenges of tomorrow!
