Design wasn’t my first path, but it was the one that allowed me to connect ideas with purpose. Through independent projects, integrating into or leading design teams, I have worked in sectors such as education, technology, banking, and startups. With each project, I reaffirm one thing: design isn’t just about making things look good, it’s about taking responsibility for helping people understand, use, and truly connect with a brand, product, or service.
■ How.
I approach challenges in three phases. Discover, where I analyze each context with a critical mindset and never take anything for granted. Create, exploring possibilities and taking risks with intention. Outcome, ensuring the final product is useful, clear, and durable. I also collaborate with Research, CRO, Data, PMO, PO, Content, and Technology teams to align objectives and develop solutions with measurable impact.
