THE HASSELBLAD FOUNDATION The main aim of the Erna and Victor Hasselblad Foundation is to promote research and academic teaching in the natural sciences and photography. This is achieved through donations and grants for scientific research, an international award in photography to a photographer recognized for major achievements, as well as scholarships and grants for photographic research projects. The Foundation’s photographic research and exhibition program are closely tied through publications, the photographic collection as well as frequent symposiums and lectures. Three to four major exhibitions are presented annually at the Hasselblad Center. HASSELBLADSTIFTELSEN Erna och Victor Hasselblads Stiftelses syfte är att främja forskning och vetenskaplig undervisning inom det naturvetenskapliga området samt inom fotografi. Ändamålet uppfylls genom naturvetenskapliga forskningsanslag och donationer, genom utdelande av ett internationellt pris i fotografi till en fotograf som presterat framstående fotografisk gärning samt genom utdelande av stipendier och forskningsbidrag inom fotografi. Stiftelsens fotografiska forskning och utställningsprogram är nära förbundna genom publikationer, den fotografiska samlingen
