The Ernestine McClendon Talent Grant provides Tech Recruiter Certification, mentorship, training and community to professionals from BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, 50+, disabled and other underrepresented communities to enter and create flourishing careers within the tech recruiting industry.
Created by Recruiting Innovation, this Talent Grant seeks to bring a new wave of recruiters into the industry. We firmly believe the more diverse our recruiting teams are, the more diverse our teams will be. Through this mission, we are actively building the pipeline to bring about a more diverse recruiting, and tech, industry.
