Esen Zeolite, is mining and processing high-purity Clinoptilolite mineral ( type of natural zeolite ) in Gördes region / Turkey, for 20 years.
The company headquarters is located in Izmir, which is famous for its port and has a branch in Istanbul. Our licensed mining area in the Gördes region has a reserve of 55 million tons of high quality Clinoptilolite mineral and is only 200 meters from the production facilities.
At the beginning of 2020, our company increased its production quality and doubled its production capacity with the investment of new buildings, machinery and equipment. The new investments aim to increase the domestic market share and export market.
Our facility has a closed area of 5.000m2 on an area of 12.000m2. It has a monthly production capacity of 3,000 tons. 8 different sized products can be produced at the same time. High quality standards are complied with with 4 strong magnets, metal sensor, daily sieve analysis and moisture analysis in the production line. The highest quality and purity zeolite created by the production ( crushing & grinding and flying the air is collected with a powerful jet plus filter system.
