What we do:
We are a Mobile Service Provider working with the community (Self-managed, NDIS Plan managed and NDIS Agency), achieving participants' goals like: household supports as people choose to live independently (home help), providing access to the community (social support). We offer 12 km included for travel transport in every shift if necessary. We tailor packages according to your plans, goals, needs and wishes. We are registered to provide NDIS Core Supports, Support Coordination, Counselling Services, Assistance to access and maintain employment or higher education, Assistance with daily personal activities, Assistance with travel/transport arrangements, Innovative Community Participation, Development of daily care and life skills, Participation in community, social and civic activities, Group and centre-based activities, Assistive products for personal care and safety, Assistive equipment for recreation, Assistive products in household tasks,. All Disability/Community Support workers have a current NDIS Screen Check, Working With Children card, First Aid Certificate, Police check and disability qualifications.
