Our coaches are trained on self- leadership to be a role model on self- awareness, self- confidence and self- management. They are also trained on making conscious choices and overcome barriers and support others on these areas which creates freedom in our lives. We also believe in authenticity and encourage our coaches to be authentic and support their clients in this way.

The scope of Eternal Coaching & Mentoring Academy is to provide coaching programs for coaches, mentors and leaders at all levels.
