EUASV is an independent validation company from the Netherlands established in 2013. I provide validation and advisory services to airlines or logistic providers transporting cargo from countries outside the EU, into the EU. As an IATA certified EU Aviation Security Validator, I validate outstations outside the EU in achieving the ACC3 status and logistic providers in becoming a RA3 or KC3.
Airlines transporting cargo into the EU need to become designated as an ACC3 (Air Cargo Carrier Third Country) before July 2014. To get an ACC3 designation, approved by an appropriate authority of an EU member state, airlines need to be validated by a certified Aviation Security Validator.
Ground handling agents or forwarding agents outside the EU can become a RA3 (Regulated Agent third country) and consignors can become KC3 (known consignor third Country). RA3's and KC3's can deliver secured cargo to an ACC3 avoiding cargo screening, getting ahead of the competition in air cargo transportation. Check my website for more information.
