Bürgerinnen und Bürger, Schulen sowie andere Einrichtungen erhalten bei EUROPE DIRECT kostenlose Beratung, EU-Infomaterial, sowie Informationen über die Europäische Union und Wege ins Ausland. Das Aachener Zentrum organisiert zudem viele Europa-Veranstaltungen, u.a. monatlich Europa am Dienstag und Mein Europa. Es ist zuständig für die Region Aachen, Düren, Heinsberg und Euskirchen und hat fünf regionale Infopunkte in Rathäusern.
