The European Technology and Training Centre, ETTC, in Erbil was inaugurated by the German Foreign Minister Dr. Frank-Walter Steinmeier in February 2009. In the past three years the ETTC has contributed to the economic and democratic development of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq by offering a wide range of trainings, seminars, workshops, exhibitions and other events in cooperation with European partner countries.
