The European Tracking Network (ETN) is a network of people, equipment, and expertise that brings together the tracking community across Europe. We use telemetry - the remote tracking of animals - to better understand the aquatic world. Migration routes and timing, habitat use, biodiversity hotspots, impacts of offshore infrastructure, marine protected areas (MPAs), climate change, fisheries-interactions... these are but a few of the topics we explore together as a community.
