Europe on Track is a youth-led project by the European Students’ Forum (AEGEE), coordinated by a dedicated team of 10 volunteers. It aims to raise awareness, foster dialogue, and amplify the voices of young people across Europe on key social and political issues.
In this 11th edition, our focus is on intersectionality and the political representation of underrepresented identities, exploring how overlapping forms of discrimination shape civic engagement and access to democratic spaces.
Thanks to our partnership with Interrail, 8 ambassadors, selected from hundreds of applicants, travel across 20 countries by train, delivering workshops, facilitating discussions, and gathering insights from young people in more than 20 cities. These events take many forms, from interactive school workshops and youth-led debates to public actions, storytelling sessions, and dialogue with local and European decision-makers, mobilizing over 200 local volunteers along the way.
At the end of the journey, all the input collected is consolidated into a policy paper, which we present to relevant stakeholders and institutions, bringing the voices of European youth to the heart of decision-making.
