Every Little Bit Helps is a registered Australian NFP Charity, established in July 2014, with the specific purpose of supporting people in need.
Our belief is that every Australian should have access to a toothbrush and a bar of soap, and that by providing basic toiletries to people in need we are providing them with not only the essentials, but also a little bit of dignity.
Tonight over 105,000 Australian's are facing homeless, with the single biggest cause of homelessness being Domestic Violence.
The catalyst for establishing Every Little Bit Helps was learning that while there are many facilities providing laundry and shower facilities, most are able to supply little more than running water and previously did not have regular and reliable access to basic toiletry products.
By receiving donated hotel toiletries, airline amenity kits, as well as make-up and cosmetic samples and sanitary items we are able to supply these products, packed into our care packages to the homeless, asylum seekers and victims of Domestic Violence as well as troubled youths through Women's Refuge, Homeless Shelters, Youth Centres, Asylum Centres and Community Centres as well as via small Government and Community Groups.
We receive donations from individuals as well as corporations.
