We are a team of New York psychotherapists dedicated to centering body liberation in all of the work that we do. While each of our therapists specialize in different areas, we share the collective foundation of an inclusive, client-centered approach that doesn't approach care in a color-blind, neutral, "one-size-fits-all" method. Rather than using one treatment methodology, we use a blend of modalities and therapeutic methods to work with the individual needs of each client.
When we say that our practice is for "every body," we mean that our work is grounded in being knowledgeable and affirming of all bodies, all identities, and all experiences within them. Each therapist is trained in anti-racist, trauma-informed, body liberation, and systems-oriented care, and will continue to do that necessary and ongoing work.
Our team offers individual psychotherapy, relationship counseling, corporate coaching, and group therapy to adolescents and adults within the state of New York. We are here to help make sense of what you’re feeling, where you’ve been, and how we can harness that to guide you moving forward.
