تركز الأكاديمية على التدريب الفعال للشباب والشابات السعودين في مجالات الصيانة والتشغيل، وتزويدهم بالمهارات اللازمة لمنشآت القطاع الخاص.
تعتبر الأكاديمية الأولى التي توفر التدريب على تكنولوجيا الطاقة الشمسية والهيدروجين الاخضر إلى جانب الدورات الفنية الأخرى ذات الصلة.
