Proudly established in early 2018, EXALT Labour Solutions (EXALT) was founded to meet the demand for a skilled Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workforce within the construction, civil and rail industries.
Built on connections within Indigenous communities, we identify skilled and dependable workers and connect them with employers who share our values of community and are interested in developing a mutually beneficial partnership.
Providing staff with safe industry training before they are allocated to site is key at EXALT. From training to deployment, we offer support and care to ensure staff are culturally safe and well placed to meet their role requirements.
