In 2020, the Excalibur Group of companies was formed with a focus on utilizing our founder Joe Gillespie's substantial transactional, financial, and operational experience to both structure and implement very complex real estate transactions, ventures, recapitalizations, underwriting, development as well as raising and closing on the debt/equity capital structure.
