Ankur Shiv Bhandari is the Founder and CEO of Asbiverse Group, dedicated to creating happiness in individuals and organisations by strengthening capabilities that lead to sustainable excellence. With experience in over 50 countries, Ankur has supported global organisations, particularly in Consumer Goods and Retail, in navigating complex challenges through capability development and cultural insight. Ankur’s commitment to public service led to a historic achievement as the first Asian-origin Councillor and later Mayor elected to Bracknell Forest Borough Council. This reflects his dedication to inclusion and community empowerment.
He holds an MBA from Leicester Business School, a Postgraduate qualification in Academic Practice, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Law. Through his platform "Excellence Intended", Ankur shares thought leadership focused on closing the intent gap and aligning purpose with performance for both organisations and individuals.
