The metal-jet technology was invented by our company’s founders in 1999. Today, we offer a growing range of the MetalJet and NanoTube X-ray sources based on our key technologies, to customers all over the world.
Our mission is to enable new science, improve medicine and enhance manufacturing by redefining the X-ray tube. Our customers primarily serve the semiconductor, automotive, aerospace and pharmaceutical industries.
