More than 400 personnel, including management, are employeed in both companies. The major activities of both companies include construction, purchasing/ constructing/ developing and selling real estate. Witihin the scope of its' first activity in Turkey; Exclusive Yapı A.Ş. joined a business partnership with Batıbeyler Yapı A.Ş. and Tütüncü Yapı A.Ş. and started Azur Marmara Project. Azur Marmara Project consists of 442 residences designed as 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1 ranging from 105 to 247 square meters on a plot area of 30 thousand square meters. The project, planned to be delivered in the first quarter of 2019, includes 442 residences as well as numerous commercial units. The project is suitable for a family concept with its' wide living space including children's play areas, a fitness center, sauna, security and a parking lot.
