Exclusive Yapı A.Ş., established in Istanbul in 2016, operates as a subsidiary of "Too Exclusive Construction", established in 2001 in Almaty, Kazakhstan. More than 400 personnel, including management, are employeed in both companies. The major activities of both companies include construction, purchasing/ constructing/ developing and selling real estate.
Witihin the scope of its' first activity in Turkey;
Exclusive Yapı A.Ş. joined a business partnership with Batıbeyler Yapı A.Ş. and Tütüncü Yapı A.Ş. and started Azur Marmara Project.
Azur Marmara Project consists of 442 residences designed as 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1 ranging from 105 to 247 square meters on a plot area of 30 thousand square meters. The project, planned to be delivered in the first quarter of 2019, includes 442 residences as well as numerous commercial units. The project is suitable for a family concept with its' wide living space including children's play areas, a fitness center, sauna, security and a parking lot.
To provide solid, safe and high quality projects with "quality and environment" oriented service within the aim of creating happy living space for people by following the developments in the construction sector closely.
