Founded by Leo Lobo, a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), who trained under the supervision of Dr. Richard P. McHugh, who practiced the skills under the guidance of NLP founders Richard Bandler and John Grinder. Exordia today works with individuals, corporates, academic institutions and not-for-profit organizations through one-on-one counseling sessions, training sessions, coaching programs as well as imparting the skills of NLP as structured courses. The company is at the forefront in spearheading growth and research in the field of NLP in India. The Exordia team comprises of self-motivated, dedicated and qualified professional in the field of psychology, communication, people development and academics.
