ExpectationsMet, founded by Kirstine an Autistic Woman, helps companies embrace neurodiversity within the workplace, whilst accommodating for their neurodivergent employees to make the environment more inclusive and accessible. We offer consulting to see where you're at on your journey and help you set a path to an environment where everyone can be authentically themselves and thrive, without the fear of judgement, but with understanding. Through training and workshops we help you to start the conversations, challenge each others biases and see how the power of understanding yourself and others can create a more inclusive and productive environment. We also offer coaching for neurodivergent individuals, empowering them to understand their unique needs, set personal boundaries and help reset those unrealistic expectations.
